Just need to squeeze the remaining booking fees from those who haven't paid yet. Ideally I'd like payment by the end of May if possible as I've had to pay up front for both North & South and camping.

I am not sure if I'll be able to make the Sunday; my car is already a month overdue at DMC Europe and I still have no firm date for getting it back. I will try and get Ed to hurry up, but I can't control his schedule.

I have the Car passes and info pack available today for Carfest South

Can all those booked and paid please send me an up to date email address so that I can email out the information to you. (I have a few emails already but just need to confirm with everyone that they are current and ok to send the information to).

There is a possibility Stargliders Turbo won't be out of Ed's on time, so there may be a car space Saturday also. Anyone interested please let me know, and if anyone hasn't got a passenger please let Starglider know too.
Hopefully Ed will come up trumps but just looking for a back up plan!

Just a call to anyone else that would like to bring their De along to Carfest South there is still space.

Due to the "Movie Car 7" (Delorean spectacular :wink: ) we can take 7 cars plus BTTF Brian, so effectively we have space on the stand for another car. We are the only club that can now have 8 cars at the show by default

Please pm me ASAP if anyone else would like to go.

I have just got the site layout sent over for Carfest South.
Here’s a copy for all those attending and spectators who might like to come find us.
We’re Car Club stand 16 opposite the Army Vehicles and Main Paddock. Another ambitious circular display.

I regret that I will not be able to attend on Saturday. According to Ed Uding, work on my car was further delayed due to his dyno tuning specialist deciding to take a four week holiday instead of a two week holiday, and thus it is stuck in the Netherlands. This is extremely disappointing on top of my being unable to reach the club event in Swanage this year.
