mmmm. The weather forcast is for light rain for the next 6 days, but when have the weather men ever been right? Usually have trouble forcasting the next days weather lol. On the plus side I'm bring Mary's stock of Brollys up with me for Arran to sell Smile

It still amazes me how no-one can work out whether or not it's going to rain in 2 days time!:

Sunny

But yes Chris - if you bring up say 100 umbrellas, and Mike brings up a car full of gazebos - then - fingers crossed! - sod's law will come into full effect!

Mad I was using this forcast; http://uk.weather.com/weather/10day-Hunstanton-UKXX0248 which is completly different from yours. So as per usuall the weather will do what it will do. And for an acurate forcast look out of your window in the morning!

Might be an idea to get some of those brollys over to Evesham...it looks bad for all of us.

All being well, Al and I should be rolling into Hunstanton on Friday, as I type Chris N is working around the clock to make this happen, which I cannot thank him enough for! Big Grin

But like Mike, I can't help thinking VIN11777 is planning to have other ideas... :?

Don't ask me why, but I am 'concerned' about my fuel pump giving out soon. Does anyone have a spare that they can bring along with them "just in case" at least then god forbid if anything did go wrong, I can at least get her delivered to Hunstanton and repair her there!!

I know, got to keep thinking positive thoughts guys!! Big Grin

See ya all Friday!!!

Carl, let me know what time your leaving PJ Grady...remember there is loads of us travelling up the same time, what makes you think the fuel pump is on the way out?

If your worried ring Ed now and ask him to bring a fuel pump with him, he probably will anyway...but just to make sure.

Thank you Rich for the info, I know it's a pain to change the governor loom. I have managed to sort out the gears and the kick down problem, I have all three gears now and the kick down works as it should, but, and their is always a but when you own one of these damn cars. I have perfect gear change when cold, but when the box gets to running temperature the gear changes become late, no excessively, probably around 3k rpm, I can live with that, just to get to norfolk anyway and I'll sort it out when i get back. I have changed the oil now 3 times and it is like grey dishwater, and because you can only drain off 2.5 ltrs at a time I'm having to run it, change it, run it etc etc. But I must admit I did try running it on dexron 3, and I think that might have been part of the cause, I am Gradually changing it back to dexron 2 so we'll see how we go. I just have a hunch the governer is responsible, we'll see!!!

I looked on that weather site when we went to Silverstone the other week - said it would
p*** down all day, and yet we had gorgeous sunshine all day.

I think I'd rather let my budgies forecast the weather tbh, they'd probably do a better job!
