Who can service?
#1
Hello, I am looking to send my car somewhere for an "annual service" (fluids, filters, general check over, not idling perfectly, not charging perfectly, last serviced 2 years ago and done about 2,000 miles since). I have a basic technical understanding but not confident doing myself. I know garages that would 'have a go' but I'd rather send it to a specialist who will do it right, especially a k-jetronic seems to trip people up. I have used Chris Nicholson in the past... he's good, would use him again, but he's super-busy at the moment so looking for alternatives. Car is located near Reading, UK, but happy to have it trailered 2-3 hours away.

Any other recommendations?

Thank you in advance  Smile

I would have thought if you can find an 'old school' classic or non classic garage then I'm sure they would do a great job. I suppose it depends on what you want them to do as part of the service. Whilst not used them myself for work these: https://www.autostore.co.uk/ I know have worked on a couple of DeLoreans (not mine) and seem to work on everything from classic mini's to multi-million pound supercars. I have had a look around their workshop and was impressed. I had my DeLorean in storage there a couple of times for various building work going on at home.
