[b]Calling all Classic Vehicle Owners & Enthusiasts to a Great Day Out[/b]
Once again we are most grateful to Danny Hopkins – Editor of Practical Classics – for his continued support and we are again looking forward to his unique vehicle parade commentary and Prize giving.

The Croydon Cambridgeshire Classic Vehicle Show has become a highlight in the regional summer calendar, yet it has retained its quaint charm and loyal following. Once again all monies raised will help our small village maintain its Village Hall and restore our beautiful mediaeval church of All Saints which sits alongside the show field and will form part of the day’s programme.
For those who don't already know, Croydon is a small village set on a hill in beautiful South Cambridgeshire countryside. The village lies about 7 miles north of Royston on the A1198 and about 1 mile west of Arrington. The show is held in a lovely setting and with lots of food, stalls, drinks, games, plants and arena activities there will be lots to do for the whole family, including parades of vehicles, commentary, judging and prizes.
Don’t worry about missing Wimbledon or the Grand Prix, these can be seen in the TV Marquee
Note Show Cars & Drivers enter FREE. Show car arrivals from 10.30 a.m. and before noon, please. No need to stay at home for breakfast as once again bacon butties and tea/coffee will be on offer near the signing in desk. It would be helpful to know of your attendance in advance as this will greatly assist with planning, though no one will be turned away on the day. Please reply using one of the methods indicated below.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SADLY THE 2017 CROYDON CAMBS CLASSIC VEHICLE SHOW SCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY 2nd JULY HAS HAD TO BE CANCELLED FOR THIS YEAR.

Unfortunately work needed to be undertaken on the public parking field and as a result of the cold dry spring weather the re-seeding has not gone well. If we were to have a wet show day this would result in vehicles and owners being stuck in Croydon's infamous clay soil which, for eveyone's sake, is a risk we cannot take. Efforts were made to find an alternative field but as this proved impossible the decision to cancel has been taken with a very heavy heart .

We wish to extend a huge thank you to all our supporters over the years and we will miss not seeing you at our show this year. All that remains is for us to wish you a great summer and we look forward to seeing you all in 2018 when we anticipate normal service will be resumed.
