I dont suppose anyone has a new windscreen they would like to sell? As mine has just been hit by a massive lump of something from the motorway! Pffff!
I'll be attending Eurotech if anyone has one they'd like to bring with them?

ayup Birksie!! where you been hiding mate?
I got Flopsy's from Uroglass in Bromsgrove - there was another thread on here somewhere with their details. Then I got a local windscreen company round to fit it for £40 plus VAT, kept the receipts, and claimed it back off my insurance company
Seeya at Eurotec!

Hi Claire. Cool. Thanks for the info. I'll get straight in touch with them. Nice one !
Is there a special way the windscreen should be bonded in? Or would any local company know what to do?
Sorry ive been quiet for a while. Had lots and lots going off in my life, some really good, some really bad. But ive tried to keep in touch with as many of you as I could. Reaaaaaly looking forward to Eurotech.

Howdo Paul matey - long time no speak!

Yeh, any windscreen company will know how to glue it in. Watch out if you get a screen without the tint running across the top - which normally does an excellent job of hiding the not-to-brilliant fiberglass underbody. Theres not a lot you can do about it, but I just thought I'd mention it...

haha, more like getting in training!!
we bought a case of 12 pints (same as in Bozzy's piccy) for £18 inc VAT at Makro on Saturday - works out at £1.50 a pint (half what our local pub charges) - in fact, I'm just enjoying an ice cold pint of Magners in the evening sun right now after another stress packed day at Mercedes 8)
..... slurp, ah, that tastes sooooooooo good.............
