Cotswold Motoring Museum Festival. 4 & 5th July 2015
#1
Hello,

The Cotswold Motoring Museum is organising a classic car rally and so we’d be grateful if you’d circulate this email to invite as many participants as possible. I do hope that you, and or your fellow club members, will be able to join us.

The rally will be part of the Festival in the Forest, CSMA’s flagship event of the year encompassing music, magic, creativity and adventure for young and old. For full details have a look at http://festivalintheforest.co.uk/

The festival takes place over the weekend of 4th & 5th July 2015 and you’d be welcome to join in for both days or just one. The location is Whitemead Forest Park, Parkend, Lydney, Gloucestershire, GL15 4LA.

We would like to organise a rally of varied classic cars, so any will be welcome so long as it is 20 years old or more. If we have room, we may open up the rally to special cars of any age in due course. There is no charge to enter a car, and you’ll receive two free admission tickets per car to enjoy the event.

If you’d like to attend, please just complete both sides of the attached booking form and send it back to the address at the end of the form. I do hope you’ll be able to come; it was a fantastic festival last year and it should be every bit as fun this year!

Here’s some more information about what the festival includes (taken from the event’s website):

Music Stage:

Enjoy toe tapping beats from local musicians and top quality tribute acts throughout the day. Relax with a drink, grab a seat, bring a picnic and listen to the sounds of the forest, offering a full programme of entertainment across the weekend including musicians and musicals.
