Hey,
Just a quick question.
I ordered 4 of these washers from ed. When you look at the picture of what to expect you can see that it's illustrated as being domed/curved around the outer edge.
When I received my washers, they were not. In fact, I received two thick ones and two thinner ones.
When I queried with Ed about this, he said he gave me the different thicknesses to allow me to play around with more flexibility, but also advised that the picture shows the original product which was designed but never used since if it was put on the car one way, it tore into the fibre glass, or if it was put on the other way with the edge facing out the way, this would foul the door.
The end result was the conclusion to just have flat washers. This meant that the domed/curved washers were never used on any of the manufactured cars.
I just wanted to ask if this is everyone else's appreciation of these parts too or not....?
