Anybody thinking of doing this again? Had a great time last year so was wondering if anybody was interested or if anybody knew anything more about it?

ah, last years 'Retrol Metal', yes really enjoyed that.
As for this year, not sure if we'll be able to come, my car will
be on SORN and our new arrival will be around 3-5 weeks old
depending on when it makes an appearance, so possibly
doubtful that we'll be going this year.

Sarah and I have talked about going to this one again. We both enjoyed it last year too. Wouldn't come in Lexi-Baby this year if we go unfortunately. We'd be going in the M3 instead. Not very retro, but can't be helped considering Lex will be in the 'burgh at that time...

...in a word. Money.
Yorkshire, for me between Lex and one of the other cars, is going to be roughly a 1200 mile long weekend. Petrol is expensive. Going to car shows is expensive. I had a good year last year, but my main concentration for the summer is going to be elsewhere this year. I wont bore you with the details, but believe me, if Lex could be inhabited south of the border, then I would be having her out more often. It would be easier and less expensive to enjoy more often, but with her having to live in Edinburgh, its a bit more of a full on planning requirement and sacrifice for me. Hopefully that'll change one of these days....maybe in a couple of years or so.

no probs mate, fully understand - you know the size of our fleet - and also we have
double the expense of running 2 DeLoreans, so its double the cost for us.
Looking forward to seeing you again at the Yorkshire meet if not beforehand.
