Bearwood Car Show, Wokingham. 18th May 2013
#1
BEARWOOD CAR AND MOTORCYCLE SHOW SATURDAY 18th MAY 2013, Wokingham.

Good evening,

Following the success of last years BEARWOOD event and again set in the magnificent grounds of Bearwood College, Wokingham, the Bearwood Parents' Association are in the process of organising this years Bearwood College Car and Motorcycle Show (BCCMS) to take place on Saturday 18th May 2013 between 12.30 and 4pm.

As in the past 3 shows the B.C.C.M.S. Committee is keen to attract all forms of interesting vehicles, so as well as an eclectic mix of over 200 display cars last year, we also had in excess of 30 motorcycles and a vintage coach and truck.

If you are interested in attending the event this year, can you click on the registration link below that will take you to the event's new website http://www.bearwoodcarshow.co.uk/?page_id=203
and add your vehicle details, ideally by the 15th April 2013, so that the organisers can send you a Show Pass and more details nearer the time. Remember to click on the area for Car Clubs if you wish to park with a specific club....or add your own Club to the list.

On arrival at the event, there will be a collection, suggested donation of £5 per display vehicle, which will go to help towards staging the event and this year's chosen charities including the Berks /Oxon / Bucks Air Ambulance. The usual high standard of Crystal Awards will be given out on the day to the best of Show, Headmasters' choice, and Pupils award, not to mention the coveted Barkham and District Classic Car Club award for the vehicle one would most like to be run over by!!
The first 200 vehicles to arrive will receive a souvenir memento of the event.

There will be many attractions at this year's show, we are currently looking at celebrating Aston Martin's 100th anniversary with some special vehicles, and a magnificent prize, and also a planned new release of the latest Bentley, amongst other attractions. The organisers are also looking to arrange a small flying display.

Entry to the show for family, and friends is FREE, although we do expect them to be generous in terms of supporting raffle tickets. I will send you a poster for the event shortly.

In the meantime, the earlier you register, the better.

Thanks

Dave
