27th August BBC 1980's Doomsday Event, Coventry Museum

Hi All, invite from the Coventry transport museum to the DOC for the event below. The museum are really keen to have a DeLorean or two on site. Would be good coverage for the club as well.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your time on the phone this afternoon, and as discussed, here is the invitation request to the DOC to join us on the 27th August to celebrate the decade of the 1980’s!

We are celebrating the 1980’s with the BBC on Saturday 27th August and would love the DOC to come along with their DeLorean cars between 10.30am and 4.30pm on Millennium Place which is in front of the Museum.

Also joining the day’s events will be the Audi Quattro from the BBC Drama series ‘Ashes to Ashes’, the Kombat Breakers from ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ and a 1980’s Fashion Show with Big hair, Big shoulders and loads of leg warmers!

what a shame, thats the day we go on holiday so we cant make it.
