Roof leaking under T-panel

Hi folks, brand new problem - major rain leak through the roof - presumeably getting under/ around the T-panel, and coming through on the headlining about 4" rearward of the interior light. Absolutely sopping, and pouring all over the shifter area. Has anyone any experience of this and/ or any suggestions of where to horse in a load of sealant?

I have the same problem with Flopsy, never been able to trace it.
