Notice of Annual General Meeting.
To Be Held At The National Exhibition Centre (N.E.C) on the 16th November at 3.15pm. (Meet at the DOC Stand @ 3.00pm)

Agenda;
· Elect a chairperson for the meeting
· Apologies
· Agree the minutes of the last AGM
· Receive an annual report from the Membership Secretary
· Receive an annual report from the Club Treasurer
· Receive an annual report from the Events Secretary
· Receive an annual report from the Regalia Secretary
· Vote in the Club Officials for the forthcoming year

The Following Club Officials are standing for re-election;

· Membership Secretary; Chris Williams
· Club Treasurer; Claire Usher
· Events Secretary; Glen Hale
· Magazine Editor; Phil Peters
· Regalia Secretary; Mary Hooper
· Technical Advisor; Richard H
· Forum Administrator; Dan Shane
· Club Historian; Chris Parnham
· Web Editor; Tristan Carroll

Should any member wish to put themselves forward for any of the above positions, then they should be proposed and seconded in writing (to the membership secretary) at least fourteen (14) days before the above date. A full list of candidates will be published on the DOC Forum at least 14 days before the AGM. Any member who is unable to attend the AGM may vote either in writing or via e-mail to the membership secretary or Hon President at least three (3) days prior to the AGM.

Should any member who is unable to attend in person have any suggestions and/or comments that they would like to be raised and/or discussed at the AGM, then please feel free to Email or 'PM' me, (Chris Williams). I will ensure that these will be raised at the AGM on your behalf. Please also add your name and club membership number.

As of today (3rd November 2008) there have been no applications for any of the above committee positions, so it is just those committee members listed above that will be standing for re-election.
