If you google 'Carl Tilley Electric DeLorean' you'll find all sorts stretching back a few years.

This is 100% accurate - he's on the DML (www.dmcnews.com - the oldest on-line DeLorean community).

Tilley is a con-man and that was a few years ago, but the car still exists somewhere.
