Hi All,
as usual, I'm planning the 'East Midlands Area' Xmas meal, but as always,
this is not limited to members in this area.
I'm aiming for Saturday 4th December and looking at the Chesterfield area,
as we've got a number of members in Yorkshire/North Lincs interested in
coming.
I know Rissy & Leanne, and Mike Sumner and his partner Zoe can do that day,
so I'm just trying to gauge numbers on here so that when I book it, I can give a
rough idea on numbers.
If you can let me know on here if you are interested in coming please.
Obviously, this is subject to any change in Covid Restrictions going forward.
***** UPDATE: WE WILL BE AT : BIG JIMS BBQ STEAKHOUSE, THANET STREET, CLAY CROSS, DERBYSHIRE S45 9JR *****
Ho Ho Ho.

acmetowers, will add you to the list, but I'll need to know your real name as
I always struggle to match up 'forum names' to member's names.

Hi Everyone,
Unfortunately Claire has been unable to get in touch with the original venue and has asked me to speak to the place I recommended to see if they could accommodate us, upon speaking to them, they will be happy for us to have our meetup there. Date is still the same as previously mentioned above.
they only ask that we Pre-order our meals so that they can prepare everything on the day, i will post the link to their Facebook page so you can read the menu as they don't have a web page. once you have decided on what you would like please either email me, private message, WhatsApp or reply here so I can compile a list for them. Also they do have a massive car park in case anyone is concerned about parking

see you all soon

Thanks for sorting this Will, I'll make sure to go through the menu when we get time and let
you know our food choices.

William,
I'll get the NEC out of the way before we look at the menu and pass on our choices.
I'll nudge Paul Birks again, as I think he was hoping to come along.
