Mixture control Unit Wanted
#1
I'm getting into the inlet and fuelling system at the weekend since the car is running rich.

I'll be replacing the fuel lines with new braided hoses, new injectors etc
A previous owner messed with / damaged the mixture screw and I'm not sure if the screw is doing what it should.

Does anyone have a mixture control unit / air flow meter for sale? DMC part number 102789

There must be a few kicking about after engine swaps and EFI conversions. PM me with a price.

I would like to sort it in one go and I've lost faith in the old part...

Thanks,

Stuart

I don't have a spare DeLorean one, but I do have one from a Volvo 760 and one from a Lanica Thema. I can grab some photos if you are interested at all.

After some tinkering last night I've got the engine running a lot smoother and less rich.

Thinking it might be a sticky metering head plunger instead.
Since I'm doing the fuel lines I'll carefully take the plunger out of the metering head and clean it.

I'll also be checking / adjusting valve gaps, replacing spark plugs, etc on the weekend.

James, I might not need one now but still interested in price and pics... PM me.
