Well its an 'Interesting' early Auto car, with a different header tank, wrong hose, non-working air con, and painted. Thats just what we can see.
The Frame looks solid the interior isn't too bad.  It you can live with a painted car (and with JPS added) this one will be a talking point. 
If you want a stainless look one, then I'd would wait a bit longer.  Just my opinion.  I would have thought worth about $15k.

looking at the auction, it made $16k Reserve not met, but then a deal was done post auction.
