The following article appeared in todays edition of the Belfast Telegraph. As with most DeLorean articles there are a few inaccuracies such as only 6500 cars were made, it was to sell for $9000.00, the firm collapsed in the 1970's yet mentions later in the article the Government let it collapse in 1982. It also mentions only 1600 cars reached dealerships...is this true? Any way enough rambling just get reading

What a load of tosh….Both Barrie Wills and I have spoken to this 'Professor' a week ago when he showed us his draft report. Despite us pointing out numerous inaccuracies ….he still seems to have released his findings.
I've never had much to do with academics before…..they seem to be like journalists just looking to sell a story…any story…..Truth? what's that got to do with a good story!

Not all academics write tosh. There's a particularly interesting and accurate piece of other academic work that will be published early next year.
