No chance I'm afraid I have been trying for years, unless your prepered to pay a fortune or someone knows different. Although if one of our resident electronics experts fancies having a go at mine I would gladly pass on a drink to them for there trouble :lol:

oh well thankyou very much for all your replys i had a look at the connections first off all and they were quite tight but i knew the clock flickered alot but now its completly gone and i checked all fuses just in case so oh er i might as you say have to pay for it but to keep things origanal i think its worth it all day long

Here's what my system looked like:

As my car had a FanZilla you could see the Temp coming
on and the cycling of the fans. With the A/C on too.

The "Alarm" icon was hooked up to my alarm instead of the dull flashing LED
and the "DMC" logo lit whenever the fuelpump was switched on by the RPM-relay.
That last one saved me a whole lot of diagnosing when my car wouldn't start
one day: the relay had burned up, thus no power to the pump = no fuel...

If anyone is interested I could make some rough sketches on how I
made mine, but I will not sell the one I have for sentimental reasons

That looks really an excellent idea, welll thought out and makes perfect use of the space.

At the moment I stuck a battery powered digital clock on top of there... Your idea would be a nice thing to do!

What I found on mine was the failure is not the clock itself but the illumination. There's a little tiny transistor perched on one of the edges of the board and the solder joints is appalling. i resoldered mine and it's worked ever since.

Sort of.

I never could get the bloody buttons to work, so you just have to remember to plug the battery on at 12:00
