Hi everyone,
DeLorean News issue 36 is coming along nicely and we've already had some excellent efforts in designing a chav DeLorean picture. I'll keep the picture a surprise, but one effort so far comprises of:
1) Wheels from a Lamborghini Gallardo
2) Front spoiler from a Lotus Esprit
3) Headlights from my own BMW 3-Series Coupe
4) Foglights drawn on by hand
5) Private number plate created in Microsoft Paint
6) Bonnet scoop from a Subaru Impreza (also used for roof scoop)
7) Wing vents from a Lotus Elise
8 ) Rear spoiler from a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII
9) Neon washer jets, door sill, and underlighting drawn on by hand
10) Brand stickers on front wing taken from relevant websites
:!: :!:
Anyone else got one to send in?!
1982 DeLorean VIN 12173 (a.k.a VIN 601)
1989 Alpine GTA V6 Turbo
I don't suppose the person has the part numbers for all those bits.
I have a 'friend' who happens to want to build one.
Yes, a 'friend'. A 'friend'..........yes it's me.

How about a set of oversized mudflaps from a rally car, or a shopping list of equipment the car might or might not have plastered down the doors

Over the years, and I started from DOC newsletter 1, the magazine has gone from continued to evolve and improve.
I am very proud to be a member of one of the few DeLorean organisations with a still increasing membership, in no small part, a result of the quality of the magazine.
I offer my thanks and ongoing appreciation to the contributors and the editorial staff.
I can't make Coventry, but hope to see most of you at EuroTec!

Yeah it was a great mag. incidently, how long does it take to print all the mags? I'd imagine a few hours at least.
