haha we've just seen it too - just photographed the TV - could be false plates, and this is an old series of
course, as James Bolam hasnt been in it for a while.

According to DVLA, it was first registered in UK 4 Feb 1991.

The last UK licence expired on 31.12.2004, and it has a marker on it
to say it was exported.

So basically, the plates right, but its no longer in the UK. This episode of
New Tricks is from Series 7, which according to my Google search was filmed
in 2010 - so the car obviously went abroad some time during or after 2010.

That was a real Barons Auction used for filming and the Delorean was bought by a chap in Caen, France. VIN 2896
