Chris N is making front and rear fascias in fibreglass and stainless. The fibreglass ones are relatively straightforwards and available on request. Chris has been working on the stainless set for some time and said that making all the compound curves has been a serious headache and very time consuming. Cost for a pair would be well north of 5000 GBP if you could even convince him to do another set.

One part I would like to see in stainless is the headlight surround (the frame that covers the headlight mounting screws). It's a flat plate with cutouts so it should be straightforward to CNC. The original is painted black but if it was stainless would look good unpainted I think.

All very good news. I'd love stainless ones, but could never justify that cost, even though it's amazing workmanship and probably fair for the time involved.

Does anyone know the price for the fibreglass ones?

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are not.

I already have these in hand. They should be ready next week. I'll post on here when they are ready.

Exactly, I didn't know Ed had those. As it happens I checked with Chris N today and he was already planning to make stainless ones for AURYN (part was not in stockpile). So clearly this has occurred to many owners.

I bought a set of these headlight fillers from Ed in 2007, so they are by no means a new thing.

Why he hasn't got them in stock is a mystery.

Almost everything I've ever needed from Ed has been available and fair play, compared to some others similar businesses, the p&p prices and times are spot on.

They are a nice addition granted, but they replace a part that's made of plastic and doesn't rust anyway. So it's only a cosmetic thing....
