please note that these have now sold out with the DOC-UK.
If there is enough interest, then I will get another batch made,
however it is quite an investment of club funds, and it has taken
over 18mths for the first batch of 6 to go - however, I might order
one or two, just to keep on the shelf so to speak so that you are
not without a working speedo for too long if your's does break.

you dont need one for an MOT (mine's been through the last 3 MOT's with
an inop speedo).
I'll see what I can do, but I'm not sure what timescale we'll be looking at
for them to make some more - I'll find out for you and let you know asap.
Price to club members is £109 including P&P - that is basically cost price.

Having 2-3 on stock would be a good idea. I know I will be buying one through the club when I need to replace my angle drive. Given the DMCH reproduction angle drives aren't known for being the best quality, I'd rather pay a little more and get a part that is going to last (and is also made by the original manufacturer which is a bonus ).

well as there seems to be enough interest - plus one needed, I'll put an
order in for 3 and let you know as soon as they are in.

Claire, any word from Speedograph on when these will be in?
Just to confirm, I will definitely be needing one as soon as they become available.

hiya,
well they told me a 4-5 week lead time, and that was 3wks ago, so all
being well I'll have some in time for the DOC-UK meet up in Derbyshire.
I'll chase them up before I go on holiday for you.
I'm just hoping the price hasnt gone up!

Tell them the DMCH angle drives are half the cost of theirs, just leave out the part that they break after 2000 miles

 I can vouch for that - although my DMCH one didnt even last that long !
Mind you, once you factor in shipping from the US, and Customs Duty, etc this end, the
final price probably isnt far off the (cost) price that we sell ours for.

True, but now that the other club is in a tie up with DMCH/DMCEU for parts, shipping and customs isn't a real issue.
Taking the costs from DCUK:
Angle drive £59
Speedo drive kit (inc angle drive, lower speedo cable and dustshield) £106
Even so, I'd rather pay a bit extra, and get an angle drive that isn't going to break on me after a little use

the lower speedo cables from Speedograph were I think under
£20 last time I knew of someone ordering one, but that was
a couple of years ago.
I appreciate your support Mike, fingers crossed it wont be long
before the new batch come in.

Don't mean to pester, but by chance have you had an update from Speedograph on the new angle drives?
