First few letter of the reg were apparently something like UIS.
The sighting itself was in the last 2 weeks, apparently with the driver eating a sandwich in the car. John C DOC 19 : 'Boeing' #0737

Hi John,
According to my Uncle and Aunt who live in Middleton, John Hanley's car is still on his driveway. I thought he moved to the US in circa 2003 but maybe he is still in the UK after all.
