when DMUK was being "run" from my old house....

I think would definitely be a part worth stocking over here.
Those were made for DMCL by a bloke down by the seaside in dymchurch called Peter.
I have 2 of them left. There in the top of my tool box.
I might be able to find some invoices from the DMCL pile I have from suppliers. Is there anything you want to know where to get cheep ?

Dan,
I cant for the life of me remember the name of the company that fretmuch and dolittle ordered
nuts and bolts from. I know they used to get M7 stuff from them - and what is so annoying is
that I remember speaking to them on the phone and sorting the orders out when they came in
from them........ grrr....... memory aint what it was.........

Anyone with a lathe can knock out the Steering Column Bushing. If they can be given a drawing or a
bush to copy. A local machine shop or toolmakers would probably be happy to knock out a batch.
I remember picking up parts from your old house Claire!
The boys (I won't ask who was who) did tell me the name of the parts place they got a lot of bits from. I think it was down in Kent but I can't remember the name. The Brains going

Right, I've just been through some of the old invoices, there were some scary bits in there
Nick H, The place in Kent was SOC, Now called Premier Auto Supplies. There still going. Based in Headcorn, Kent they still have the Delorean parts list on the wall so can supply you almost anything.
Claire, The M7 stuff DMCL used cam from Wurth. M7x20 cost £13.64 plus VAT for a box of 100.
I'll look for the other company now.

I believe the company your thinking about claire was namrick.

They supplied stainless screws and could have them coated black.

Maybe we could look at upper and lower speedo cable and a set of cooling fans.

I'm going to see about getting a long speedo cable made up that bypasses the lambda counter. I could see how much they'd want for 5 or 10 of them perhaps...?
I have a John Hervey single piece cable in mine at the moment but his are what he makes up and are a bit 'homemade' looking.

Speedo cables come from Speedograph in Nottingham, and aren't expensive.
I had a new lower cable made by them for Flopsy, cost less then £20 from memory, and
it didnt take long to do.

I think we can rule speedo cables out as being difficult to source then!
