Striker Plate For Cubby Hole

Hi Folks

Ordered this part from DMCH but they dont have any left in stock..

Anyone have one or know wjhere I could get one from?? It says on their site that 5 are needed for the car so there must be 4 other ones hiding in the car that I cant see somewhere.

Never had one in the car and no seems to have a spare one.

As a matter of interest is this the bit the lock goes into?

I am amazed no-one has one... I mean it is one of the most unneaded parts out there, it never breaks so I dont understand how DMCH do not have any left in stock. If its such a big seller then make a new one!!

Ed Uding is going to try and find one in his shop, I am using a small piece of wood instead of this which works well but the real thing would be nice.

My cubby hole never had any carpet or a lock for that matter but I bought everything from DMCH and installed it the other night, got the new lock keyed to my ignition key yesterday and it all seems to work quite well. Able to keep my stereo and ipod all safe at car shows now.
