US style rear number plate surround

I would prefer a lighter one James, and thinner too. My ideal would be a cross between your Euro one and the US one. In other works instead of having two squares on each end like the USA one, just have one. That would enable a slightly longer plate to be fitted. Make that in black fibreglass and I recon you'd have a winner. I'b buy it!

How difficult is it to go the opposite way, and remove the US surround for a UK spec one? Personally I prefer the long plate look.

Very easy, especially using James's one. 4 screws and your done.
