Ha, I did suspect there was another D fan in Lem since the chaps at work kept quizzing me about one they spotted driving up the Parade.
Sadly I don't have one of my own yet! I have the funds, just yet to find the right car at the right price!

I'm just up the road from you Phil. I'm in Rugby. So is LEX right now. I've skimmed past Leamington a couple of times in the last 6 weeks or so.

There must be three of us in Lem then as mine is still off the road in Wolverhampton at the moment. I'll keep my eyes peeled for that other one driving up the Parade.

traditionally, Phil Peter's car (his old one) was always in a million small
pieces on the garage floor at 2am on the day of an event - glad to see
that tradition continuing Phil !!

Hmmmm.
Having spoken to Great Escape Cars I've been told that the DeLorean is no longer available so that's my 30th birthday up the spout.
Does anyone know of any other DeLoreans that are available for self-drive hire or am I to start thinking of other things to do to mark the occasion?

Bumping the door closed more fully, locking it, and then unlocking it, and then grabbing the handle to open it, normally works for correcting the situation.
LOL. Can relate to that one a few times  Bless them, they are just trying to be careful and treat them with respect I guess. I always tell them to give it a good slam.
