I know its a bit late notice, but there is food fair, amongst other attractions on on Belper ( Derbyshire) this Sunday. Campbell Street is being closed off to regular traffic and becoming a Classic Car attraction. No need to book in, come in any interesting car between 10am and 2pm.
The Masonic Hall on Campbell Street will also be open to any interested visitors.
I am taking my DeLorean for a little run and also helping show folk around the Hall.

If you're interested Chris, it's also our Road Rally at the Midland Railway on the Sunday, not too far down the road from Belper.

Could be intereesting Chris, and local for me, but don't think I can be there for the whole time - If I arrive early will I have to stay until the end?

No Richard, stay as long as you want.
Thats just the range of time the event is on for. I would imagine that it will be busiest around lunch time, therefor a good time to be there.

Yesterday,
Thanks to the two Rich H's for their support and Mike Sumner and his parents for holding the fort whilst we occasionally joined the heaving crowds to look around the Belper food festival. I have never seen so many people, in any market town..for any event. ..ever. It was gridlocked with pedestrians.
The 3 Delorean's mixed in with the other classic cars caused loads of favourable comments and attention.
A great day out!

Yes, I have to say it was a great day out.
Really glad that you posted it up Chris, otherwise I'd have missed out!

It was great Chris.
Thanks again for giving me the heads up and thanks to the 2 Rich's too.
I caught the sun more than I realised at the time it seems, as the back of my neck is now testament. Worth it though.

I don't know how to do that i'm afraid Chris.
I think only my contacts on Facebook can see the pics as they're not viewable any other way.
I could be wrong, and if anyone knows otherwise then I'm happy to stand corrected.
