Can anyone help.
I'm going to order some halo headlamps from
www.summit racing.com in the States. Wondering what size the headlamps are that I need. I've measured mine at 6.5" wide. GRM-09-1050 is the closest I've found. Are these the right ones. If I order from the states are they going to be right for this side of the road or do I have to flip them round.
Thanks

hi Tom
I've got Halo's for the inner lights, so they only come on as sidelights
and main beam. I've still got normal lights for the outers.
I think there was some debate a while back as to whether Halo's were ok
for use as main headlights????? For me though, I think they would be
dangerous to use as normal headlights as they dont give off enough light
to be able to see where you're going in the dark.
I'll see if I can locate a part number for them later for you and let you know.

As Claire mentioned, I dont think the beam pattern is correct for UK dipped beam, thats why we all run them as main beam lights, using the Halo's as side lights. Dan Shane or Martin G may be able to give you the correct part number as they supplied them before.
