Not allows to send PMs?

Hi - I can't write new PMs or reply to ones sent to me, i just get the error "Sorry, but the administrator has prevented you from sending private messages.".

Is this because i only registered recently?

Sorry yes, but i will allow this option on your account, in the meantime any chance you can fill your profile in a bit more, its nice to know where people are from etc
