What is a fair price for a working auto trans governor?

Further to my search for a replacement governor, I have now located one. The problem now is to establish a price that is fair to both parties. Would anyone like to venture an opinion and help us arrive at a fair price?

I would go with half the price, or less, of a fully refurbished one as it comes with no guarantees.
