Dodgy wiring.
There was no feed to the starter relay. Whilst it had been connected, it had been connected to one of the lines
to the interior blower rather than the supply.
The buzzer box also seemed to be feeding 12v into the relay coil via the 'start' position on the ignition switch.
Maybe not enough to power the coil, but certainly a battery drainer. Will need further investigation.
The fusebox is certainly in need of replacement. I've suggested to Paul my fusebox update, which IMO, is much
better than anything commercially available...
