Hi all,
advance notice that next years Evesham Show, held as usual on the banks of the River Avon is on the weekend of 3rd-5th June 2011.
More details to follow when available - and good news is that there are improved camping facilities on site for the event too

yes, must be that long Ben - mind, you did pop along and say hi to us brave souls camping there last year when it got rained off :wink:
I've heard from the organisers, that there will be lots on next year, including the famous night glow with the hot air balloons.

I'm pleased to confirm, that we've now got 6 cars confirmed for this event, which will be a record showing for the DOC-UK at Evesham.

We will be providing lunch on Saturday and a BBQ on the Saturday evening

Thanks to the owners for putting up with my perstering!
Glad to see 4 cars in total eventually arrive, only saw 1 last time I went to this show.
Also glad the weather seemed to clear up as I got there.

Hello! And thanks. Its difficult to take a bad picture of such a glorious car.
Yeah, YLX was a nice example, though it did have some very minor issues that the owner talked to me about. I also asked him about his rather interesting fog light arrangement - he said how most owners alter the rear light display to add fog lights to it, and that he thought it easier just to have it underneath the boot.
Was a lovely day eventually, and the guys were as always brilliant.

yes, bar that lunchtime shower, it was a glorious day, and the rock bands just got better and better
as the afternoon went on.
I love it at Evesham, its so chilled out, you just arrive, put the tent up, and relax till Sunday afternoon
