I'm not good in technical terms, but you can remove the spring that pushes the window up from the mechanisme. Maybe oil and grease made it difficult to handle, what propably caused the plastic to brak...

Ok, I found out what the problem was. The old motor excists out of 4 parts. The new one only 2. Whilst trying to remove the rubber, one part descrewed, on wich I could screw the new one.

Thank you, that explains it. It's a different one then. I'll keep the old one, maybe I can still fix it. The motor runs, the blades that pump are just totally gone. Vanished. Very weird.

Those two wires should connect to some wires (green white + green brown) that lead to the transmission's reverse switch, found on the left side of the trasmission. One headscratcher left though.

A good battery is essential.  My window motors and other electric components felt out during long traffic jams. A new battery helped calm down my state of mind in times when blood pressures may rise.
