Not a lot known no, but clearly it's had a lot done to it and is priced accordingly. It'll be interesting to see if it sells at that price especially with all the doom and gloom around.

Not that are definitely for sale, I'm aware of a couple that the owner says are coming up for sale but he's been saying that for years! There's usually a few that start to appear around the end of summer so worth keeping an eye on all the classified sites.
