Outokumpu is what was once BSC Stainless of course. Tim was extraordinarily helpful to me when I was writing John Z, the DeLorean & Me so I’m hoping some of your members might like to take him up on his generous proposal and take their cars back to where the stainless steel came from.

I hope you are keeping well.
I was wondering if you would be kind enough to ask your DeLorean owner contacts if any of them would be willing to display their cars at our family day on 30 June 2019. We are holding the fun day at our sports and social club which is close to the M1 junction 34 in South Yorkshire. The day will be an opportunity for our employees and their families to enjoy some family fun and will also raise funds for two local cancer charities, whom we support every year.
The fun day will run from 12:00 noon until 17:00 hours.
If anyone is interested in attending we can ensure they are fed and watered free of charge on the day.

The import question is, are you going to attend ? And 'wave the flag' for the DeLorean community, at the place where all the Stainless Steel was made for our cars? It would be great to have your company.

So it's looking likely that I should be able to attend. I've got a couple events in my calendar, but this will be the first one I get to take my own car to.
