Does anybody know how to replace the rear Glass panel ? ...Help appreciated

I resume you mean the rear window, mind you its just the same for the other two panels in the engine bay, or indeed the windscreen.
They are all just glued in..the thick black stuff. Is the glass cracked or broken? Obviously if you want to re-use it, you need to take much more care.
Cut it out, ……...long bladed knife, hacksaw blades, what ever you can get in. Then clean it all up nicely before sticking it back in.
