Fuel pump cover - wythet - 30 Sep 2014 Hi All! I need to re-attach my fuel pump cover but not one screw/fastener is still in place so I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I cant find anything on the schematics online which indicate what type of fastener is used. Any help appreciated. Had to order a fuel sender today! Also managed to fix the mirror switch (all the bearings and bars were still in bottom of the door or the switch housing so super lucky!). A couple of hours of patience and all good! Thanks! Thomas. Re: Fuel pump cover - Rissy - 30 Sep 2014 If it's the fuel pump boot lid you mean: http://www.delorean.eu/catalog/product_ ... 39rfd83ag2 Then it's held in place with one of these big clips: http://www.delorean.eu/catalog/product_ ... 39rfd83ag2 Re: Fuel pump cover - wythet - 30 Sep 2014 Not quite, its the screws/fasteners for this: http://www.delorean.eu/catalog/product_ ... _id=118002 I should have been more specific :o) Re: Fuel pump cover - Rissy - 30 Sep 2014 Ah! It's the DeLorean favourite fastner type. The good old rivnut sort. I think M5 size with pozi pan head screws and washers screwed through. |
