You want the Dunmurry Industrial Estate. Montupet occupy part of the original DMC factory.
Montupet's address is:-
The Cutts, Dunmurry, Belfast, County Antrim BT17 9HN
The security is tight from what I recall so don't expect that you'll just be able to stroll up to the disused test track without a prior appointment....
