Hello all. DMC noobie here. I need a new battery and of course Halfords are as much help as the proverbial ash-tray on the motorbike. Obviously space is tight behind the passenger seat. What would you recommend?

Re the battery, it can depend what battery terminals are on your car - some come with
funny 'side mount' terminals as opposed to normal top mounted ones - you can get adaptors
but most people just chop them off and fit new battery terminals that you can get from any
good auto-electrical retailer/motor factor. Actually, Phill thinks we might have a set in the
garage, if you need some let me know and we'll double check tomorrow for you.
70ah should be fine, I bought mine from Makro about 7 months ago, it was about £45+VAT.
Another good tip, which will save your battery at car shows, is to swap the bulbs in the door
lights for LED's
