88 MPH SPEEDO - bttf brian - 19 Oct 2008 My prayers have been answered. I have found a digital speedo that works using GPS so I now have a deadly accurate 88MPH speedo replica and no wires! The funny thing is, when I use my new toy in my Corsa it consistently shows over the whole speed range that the car speedo over reads by 3 - 4 mph. Same with my Nissan. My Delorean is absolutely spot on. Is that just luck or did JZD really know how to build a car. Er.............. or a speedo?? Re: 88 MPH SPEEDO - Outatime - 19 Oct 2008 Cool! I had the same idea earlier on, but was too lazy to do it  Currently I have a digital speedo in my car (Japanese Brand) running off speedings from the rotation of the tyres 8) Hey, can you please post photos and what you have used to make yours? I might want to get one made eventually... Re: 88 MPH SPEEDO - Glen & Sam - 26 Oct 2008 hi both i sent the bord out to you this weekend john so happy building also i wish gps was in that the time wehn the bttf car was out i would have took me a less time to sort this project out    Re: 88 MPH SPEEDO - bttf brian - 26 Oct 2008 Hi Made a small vid of the speedo in action http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pPeyCQZUxLY Brian Re: 88 MPH SPEEDO - Glen & Sam - 26 Oct 2008 looks cool brian hope it goes ok for you matey the display looks like it set back is it :?: Re: 88 MPH SPEEDO - bttf brian - 27 Oct 2008 Hi Glen Well spotted!
