Getting PCBs made up - Dan6457 - 01 May 2008 Does anyone have any idea how much it costs roughly to get a PCB made up? I'm only interested in a very basic board. I have it made up on veroboard and on that its only about 4" x 2.5" I'm only after a very rough idea for a few quantities. Cheers for any advice - Guinney1971 - 01 May 2008 Speak to Richard Hutchinson (RichH) - he's got his own electronics business and makes stuff like that all the time - Rich H - 01 May 2008 About £35 will get you a prototype board, you may get a couple of boards for that. That assumes you have designed the board layout yourself. - Dan6457 - 01 May 2008 Thanks for that. Do you know what it might cost roughly for a quantity of say 100? - Outatime - 01 May 2008 Are you gonna buy all the acid, copper boards and such and do it yourself? Or are you thinking of getting it done by someone? - Rich H - 02 May 2008 Dan1986 Wrote:Thanks for that. Do you know what it might cost roughly for a quantity of say 100? Price would drop significantly, depends on the final board size, but single layer, without top overlay approx 2.5"x1.5" should come in at less than £100 |
