Before it starts can someone just explain to me, in life on mars, what was going on?? I mean why was the guy from the 90's in the 70's. as i said I dont have a tv so didnt follow it, just bits here and there,,

just watched first episode of Ashes to Ashes
I didnt know they were gonna do another 'back in time' thingy like they did
in Life on Mars, but the link to Sam Tyler was good.
I thoroughly enjoyed it, Gene Hunt brilliant as ever, and I was laughing at
quite alot of it - but that Bowie Clown is a bit spooky
Saw the preview to next week too with Bozzy's car in it - looks good!
